MALAWI NATIONAL HOCKEY TEAMS OFF TO ZIMBABWE

The Malawi hockey national team has left the country by road for Harare, Zimbabwe where they will compete at the Central – South Africa All Africa games Qualifies.

The qualifying matches are expected to start tomorrow 31 August and end on 4 September, 2022. The Malawi hockey teams will play against Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The delegation comprises of 6 officials, nineteen (19) female players and eighteen (18) male players.

Malawi National Council of Sports (MNCS) board member Ms. Rosena Kazembe has accompanied the team to the games. MNCS is wishing the Malawi Hockey national teams all the best as they compete to qualify for the 13th edition of the All Africa Games which will take place in Ghana next year.
